I have been eating cold chicken during the morning. I get up, change my clothes and eat chicken. I also had some iced tea and some ice cream. If my teeth were better, I´d also have some ice. It is too hot. But now that it is a bit colder, I am boiling a couple of potatoes. I will make a Spanish tortilla. Spanish tortilla is usually made with raw potatoes but I like them cooked al dente and then fry in the same skillet I caramelize onions. Then I beat 3 large eggs, mix everything and eat the whole tortilla. All the time I say that I´ll only eat half of it and leave the rest to eat later on. But it is as if it was chocolate. Once I begin, I cannot stop. I love Spanish tortilla, specially in summer. It is a whole lunch (or dinner) and I can also eat some fruit. What are you eating this weekend?
