low blood pressure

Just an hour ago, we thought we would head to the ER for an emergency. The husband of my SIL suddenly gets low blood, dizzy, and vomits with a low heart rate. I just asked my SIL to hydrate him with some salt in the water and if he could eat a bit first. His skin is clammy to the touch. Now his BP is normal but still feels weak.
