Have you heard of A2 milk? What type of milk do you use?

A2 milk

I've decided to try a variety of milk called A2 milk which is gentler on the tummy. It's still natural milk from cows, but from a variety that gives milk with slightly different protein composition. It's not lactose free or a milk substitute. I decided to switch as my tummy seemed to have a lot of random rumblings! It's more expensive though. What kind of milk do you consume?

Never heard of it since I drink regular 1 percent milk. Yes, seems any food product that is supposed to be better for you in some way is more expensive. It should be the other way around and people would buy healthier foods. Hope it helps with the tummy!

We get the Hi-Lot milk. If all your tummy is doing is rumbling I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I don’t think I have heard of that kind of milk before. I don’t really drink much milk of any kind, but when I do is is usually 2% milk or just coconut milk.

@pitstop It takes a little getting used to, but it’s not hard to adjust to it.

I haven't heard about A2 milk yet. I prefer to full fat milk since I find it much more tasteful. Besides, it matches coffee much more.

I somehow found the light milk with less fan better for my coffee. It's personal taste I think.
