Banana cake made from leftover bread and samolina

I had some leftover bread that I was pondering how to use. Make bread pudding out of it or grind them into bread crumbs. At last I decided to make a vegetarian banana cake using it and semolina. I blended the two with banana, milk cream, sugar syrup( that I got from rosogolla, a Bengali sweet). I did some dry fruits to give the cake a crunchy taste. It did come out well, serving as a evening snack.

I like the egg cakes the most though I love cakes with banana and other fruits too.

@grenery8 In India we have both egg and egg less cakes. I too make vegetarian cakes without eggs. I use milk cream and fruit pulp and semolina that makes it soft.

@aninditasen i've never tried egg cakes cause most of our cakes are made with eggs.
