Police in New Haven Connecticut reported seeing on social media that a seal had been seen wandering on the streets on Sunday February 16.
The police officers contacted the Connecticut Department Of Energy to inform them about the seal wandering on the street by himself or herself.
The seal was taken by the city officials to the Mystic Aquarium's Animal Rescue Program where the seal who appears to be around a few weeks old will be taken care of before the seal will be returned to the ocean after the seal recovers from being undernourished.

That looks hilarious. Did he take a wrong turn somewhere? I am glad he was rescued.

The seal most likely came from the Atlantic ocean.

Obviously, mama seal did not teach that seal the dangers of walking on busy roads, like that. It was good that it was rescued, still unscathed.

You are right that the mama seal did not teach her child about the dangers of walking on the roads of a city.
