Finally did it!

I guess I had mentioned my aversion towards exercising in a comment.
Well, guess what- today I did 7 minutes of exercise for losing belly fat. I am attaching the link here. I am gonna do it for another 7 days and then change to some another longer version.

I do the occasional Tai Chi moves.

Wow I just looked up tai chi for beginners. Maybe I wiill incorporate this once next week on.

Well, 7 minutes is something. It all adds up. I need to be doing abdominal type exercises too.
