Papa Johns is trying to out pizza the hut.

George was watching the cuup race from two days ago. One of the adds was for Papa John's advertizing their version of a stuffed crust pizza, something Pizza Hut has famously been known for. I pointed this out to George, and we both got a little chuckle out of it.
On that note, I think I'll head off and put the laptop down for the night. Hasn't been the best earning day, but it's after midnight and there's no point scrambling when it's fairly quiet.

I am not a huge fan of either Pizza Hut or Papa John's, but if it came down to the two of them, I'd get Papa John's LONG before I'd even consider Pizza Hut. We have a Pizza Hut right down the street, and I have never eaten there. For us it's Pizza World that gets almost all of our pizza business.

I only ate Pizza hut, because George could make my pizza's. I remember one time, we went to a pizza party, and because I have sensitivities, George made me a pizza so I could eat pizza, too. Host was insulted that George did that. And, I just ignored them. I know it probably would've, but I have to put my health first.

@porwest I don't know. I think they were more upset because they ordered pizza from a place down the street from where the party took place. And, I wasn't eating any of it. I look at it this way, I enjoyed pizza and my share could've easily gone to someone else who might want it.

Lol. I used to like Pizza Hut. Now we get Chicago Connection here locally. They have a great deep dish which is easier for me to eat.

Papa John's was good pizza--can't say now because we haven't eaten in in years, but in a different way from Pizza Huts, which is more traditional. We used to get it all the time for the gymnasts when they had Saturday meets and had to eat something fast in a short lunch break at the meet. We ordered so much from them (location on campus) that they finally started delivering to us! That made it much easier, as someone didn't have to go pick them all up.
