I let the hubby decide on what was for dinner tonight and his choice was hamburgers! So hamburgers it was! We haven't had them in a couple of weeks, so it was a nice change. I added cheese to mine for a Cheeseburger. It was a quick fix and easy clean up. What did you have for dinner tonight? Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain

Once we get back to full on grilling season, and provided I can find a good deal on ground beef, we will have burgers on the menu as well. For dinner I just made a chicken stir-fried rice dish. Good eats!

I lucked up and caught ground chuck for $3.99 lb. again. I'll be going back Monday or Tuesday to get some more since the sale ends Tuesday night.

@porwest It was sold out yesterday when I went to our Aldi's. I like the ground chuck, less fat!

@kareng $3.99 is too high for me. Supposedly Aldi has it on sale for $2.49 a pound, 73/27 in a tube. I'll be checking that out. The last time I got some I paid $2.79.

Same with us! We went for those comfort foods during winter.

Sometimes, the simplest meals are the most satisfying! Hamburgers are a classic for a reason. It sounds like you had a relaxed and easy dinner, which is always a win.

I had sesame chicken and peaches (not together). I had Boca burgers for lunch, so I’m all in on the hamburger craving!

Yes, we went for the starchy dinners during winter. Time to get back on a leaner diet now!
