Good morning, friends.

It is a sunny morning but it is not as hot as it was in the middle of summer. I will go now for a late breakfast and I´ll make a small pot of mayo. I ate the last bit of it yesterday as part of a delicious dressing I made for my salad. I think that today´s breakfast will be with mayo and olives on some delicious small buns I bought. And later on, when I am warmer, I´ll make a strawberry smoothie to finish some milk I have in the fridge. After that I´ll check my pantry. I have to see what I have. See you later.

We did our shopping two days ago and the fridge and cabinets are full again. Pretty upset me, though. I asked her to pick up some ice cream for me and she bought chocolate. I won't eat chocolate but she will. *sigh* She knows I don't like chocolate ice cream. I prefer vanilla or Salted Caramel ice cream. Nothing I can do about it now but I'll know next time to pick out my own ice cream. Hope you're having a good day.

I did. My only problem is that I left some dishes to wash tomorrow.

I discovered that if I wash the strawberries and place them in the freezer, I can make a very cold smoothie any time I want to.

@marguicha Did you know that you can store them in the refrigerator sealed in a jar and they will keep much longer? It really works!

@kareng I wash them and dry them with a paper towel. Then I store them in the freezer in plastic bags in groups of 5 (the exact number for a smoothie).

I´m not sure what I´ll do yet. I hope I can get a decent movie at Netflix.
