It's been cloudy the last couple of days, especially in the morning after a hot spell. There's barely been rains this year. We were hoping that the clouds would bring us rain but we're disappointed! Finally this morning, we've seen a light but steady drizzle. My lawn and plants desparately need this!

It's storming at my house right now after a long day of rain and storms. It's supposed to turn into freezing rain mixed with snow any time now.

@pitstop My part of the US usually does get a lot of rain. We often have flooding in the lowlands around our city. *shrug* My city is on a plateau above the surrounding areas so we don't get floods here. We also watch tornadoes going around our city and touching down on the surrounding countryside.
You missed out on the snow falling during the night. It should melt off fairly quickly today. We'll have temps in the mid-50sF/around 10C by this afternoon.
