I love a good vintage movie from 1935 - 1959. The 60s were a lot of stupid ones but from there were some pretty good movies. With the first Terminator movie, I began to enjoy cyborg and time travel. Some other favorites are "Harvey", "The Day the Earth Stood Still", "Somewhere in Time", and "The Bishop's Wife". If you haven't seen any of these you might check them out.
What is your favorite genre of movies? What movies have you enjoyed? Why were they so good? What makes you remember them? Dialogue? Storyline?, Actors?,

It is horror, but it has to be classy not crap.
Oh there are many other movies I have loved.
One of the funniest not horror I have liked was a movie called As Good As it Gets with Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt and Greg Kinnear.

I enjoy sci-fi (sometimes the really bad ones are the best), comedies, true stories, true crime, historical fiction....I have a lot of likes.

It's easier to say what I don't like which is horror, sci-fi, violence. I like happy endings, probably because I'm older now.
