I'm not keen on this song but you could try replacing it with another as @DaddyEvil suggested.

You can always play or sing another annoying song that you think you like better...
Be aware, you'll get tired of the second earworm, too.

@allknowing I don't listen to music... Once in a while a song will start playing in my mind anyway... Then I start reading a book and after a little while, the song is gone.

Oh I totally get you! That’s classic earworm—or as some call it, Last Song Syndrome. Funny enough, this is actually my first time learning that “earworm” is the official term for it! Even the nicest songs, like Home on the Range, can get a little irritating when they’re stuck on repeat in your head all day. Hopefully, a new tune comes along soon to give your brain a break!

I have researched on the web about how to stop it and this is what I got maybe this might help you get rid of it.
Tips to Overcome an Earworm:
1. **Chew gum**
- Weird but true: chewing gum can reduce the brain’s ability to create auditory imagery. So you're literally *chewing the song out of your head*.
2. **Do a mentally engaging task**
- Try a puzzle, Sudoku, or a short memory game. Something that keeps your working memory busy helps crowd out the earworm.
3. **Listen to the full song**
- Sometimes the brain is just trying to “resolve” the song. Listening to the entire song from beginning to end can give your brain closure.
4. **Switch to a “cleanser” song**
- Replace it with a less catchy tune (some people swear by the *Jeopardy theme* or *God Save the Queen*). Just don’t choose another song that might *become* an earworm.
#1 and #3 sounds weird but it might just work
5. **Read out loud or talk to someone**
- Activating your speech center interrupts the internal loop playing the song.
6. **Meditation or mindfulness**
- Simply acknowledging that the song is there without fighting it can sometimes help it fade more quickly.
7. **Avoid stress**
- Earworms often hit when you’re tired or anxious. They can even be a sign your brain is stressed and craving a mental loop to focus on.

I love this song and it will eventually go away, I remember in my youth almost never turning the radio off and when I did and got into bed I could still hear some songs,
