I just loved this, I think it’s hilarious! A worn patch of the road surface has been repaired, and the workers have diligently re-painted the appropriate parts of the wording that should be there. In fact you could say they have even gone above and beyond what was needed, as they have extended the lettering a bit further over the edge of the new patch. The flaw in this plan is that all the rest of the original wording is so worn away as to be practically invisible, so now we just have bright new parts of a few letters. In case you can’t tell, the wording should say BUS STOP I really can’t decide whether they should be praised for doing a bit extra, or condemned for not re-writing all the words.
