I keep seeing an ad with a picture of a banana in the garden. I decided to do some research and I found that as I suspected bananas are good for the soil due to the potassium and other minerals in them. It is good for using the peel for fertilizer too. Also, adding the entire fruit to the ground can improve the fruit, bud, and the quality of the fruit of the plant. Here is more information about the benefits of bananas in your garden:

Growing up we had three banana trees. My mm used to make banana bread from the plants.

From the plants? Interesting. I used to make a lot of it due to over ripe fruit.

It would be nice for me and my relatives to have a garden with bananas. Sad to say my rental home does not have a garden.
