Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 66 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. I have some windows open so the cats are happy about that. I drove back here with the top down. It started sprinkling while I was doing like 75 on the parkway. That was fun. I could have gotten the top back up while driving but it wasn't anything crazy and it stopped after a couple of minutes. I'm sure people were driving by me and laughing. Work was busy today. I was getting really stressed trying to find something to do with the A&P student today. We have been working on the respiratory system but there isn't anything new in the teacher's Google Classroom and I have no idea what the next system to cover it. I remembered going over air particulates and their impact on humans with the APES student so I decided to try to find a web quest about that. Pretty much every one used the DEP'S web site and dontcha know that every page I clicked on said "page not found". Thanks Trump! Gotta love their attempt to dismantle the Department of Environmental Protection. I did manage to go tanning on my lunch today. I'm looking a little red at the moment--at least on my face. I may have to skip tomorrow but I'll wait and see until I wake up in the morning. On the way back here I stopped to get gas. I honestly didn't even look at the price per gallon or what the final total was. (I just checked $35.46 for almost 10 gallons of super) I have 2 hours of tutoring this afternoon. The first student didn't log in until 3:20. She's been late a lot lately. I had actually logged out at 3:15 but then the mother emailed me at 3:19 to say her daughter was waiting for me. I was annoyed but didn't want to lose the $45 so I logged back in. The 2nd student and I are going to be watching a PBS documentary about air quality and health. I will use that time to peel potatoes for tonight's dinner. (more on that later) Might as well multi-task! What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

I’m just sorting through some things. I feel like I’m always doing that. Makes me wonder if I could cope with living in a tiny house. I would ask if you could, but I don’t see you willingly living in a tiny house with an itty bitty kitchen. Apartment kitchens are small enough.

Yeah small kitchens are rough. The house I used to live in was built in the 60s or 70s before people had Keurigs, toaster ovens, etc. It was very difficult for me to make the huge party spreads that I used to regularly serve to friends and family. I actually have more counter space here in the apartment but certainly could use more. I don't even know why the ice cream machine is still on the counter--last time I used it was to make peppermint ice cream for Christmas. But at this point it is almost May and I do make a lot of ice cream in the summer so why move it to the spare room to move it back in another month or so?

I know a tiny house wouldn't work for me, but it might for you. You are used to living in a small space

I spent most of yesterday trying to log in here. Thankfully the site seems fixed this morning.

Not too much I have been cleaning off and on though and talking with the woman about the car I want to buy. She owes me two responses. I hope she is just busy with something and not blowing me off

I am currently working on sharing new stories and completing surveys under a sunny day with the temperature at 80 degrees F.
