Easter Weekend 2025

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Easter weekend went by way too fast. Friday we were busy doing laundry so that we'd have clean clothes for Easter, and of course the upcoming week.... Then Saturday we did some shopping. That's not a great idea the day before a big holiday. People were everywhere, lines were a mile long...etc. We also made some cupcakes for dessert for Easter. Sunday was of course Easter. My mom, husband, and Eli went with me down to my great aunt's house for the brunch. My aunt made ham, eggs, potatoes, and some kind of sweet bread (with raisins). We brought some fruit and the cupcakes. It was nice to see that part of my family, only see them at certain holidays these days. Even my cousin and his dad. The holidays are no longer like they used to be. It is hard though when you lose big people in your lives, and then fall outs happen with others. Guess that is part of life though - but still. Anyways - just wanted to share a little about our Easter weekend here. Photo is one I took yesterday of Eli. He looked nice in his new shirt for Easter. What do you think?
