The teachers in the city elementary schools are going to strike

The government is lowering the salary of teachers by 3% so the teachers are going to strike classes, on Sunday they will start at 10:00am instead of 8:00am. I teach at this school, but only on Wednesdays. I won't be striking there.
I will be teaching at a different school on Sunday, and we have to be there at 8:00am.
I got a Whatsapp notice about this, it hasn't hit the newspapers yet, nor the Internet.
What would you do?

@lifecoachjerusalem not accept the contract and do job actions. We are very good at those.

@NJChicaa So the teachers union decided not to do the strike, they are in the process of negotiation right now, I will look at my pay slip at the end of the month and see if it lower or not.

Teachers in our state ( West Bengal) are in turmoil . It started with new recruitment process which was deviated after bribery cases. It became more complicated after court cases. We hear agitating teachers are going to return to work from Monday next
