I Can't Sleep.

Time check, it is 11:35 in the evening and sleep won't come to me right now. I'm having a hard time to sleep and the fact that I have runny nose and itchy throat is not helping. I hope that this will not developed into something more. It's too hot to get sick. How are you?

Oh gosh hope you don't get sick..maybe its allergy I am not too good either, sleepless and not well too.

So sorry to hear that you are having problems getting to sleep and also that you have a runny nose and an itchy throat Raquel. I sincerely hope that it does not developed into something more. Getting sick is not ideal anything but it would be even worse given the climate you have where you live. We are doing ok Did a bit more exploring on the bike today and went for a nice coffee. It's 6pm now and soon we are going out for a couple of hours to a Nature Reserve to see the wildlife.

I hope you feel better soon and can get some sleep. It's about noon in my part of the US and I woke up about 45 minutes ago for a bathroom break. I'm catching up on myLot before I fall asleep again. My tummy is upset but I feel okay otherwise.

I usually don't have a problem falling to sleep. Last night I woke up about 3am and had a hard time falling back to sleep...by the time I finally did...it was time to get up.

I have lots of allergies for sure. I have allergic rhinitis and asthma. Right now, I don't think it is allergy since I still have colds and runny nose, my head is still aching

Sleeping with a runny nose and itchy throat can indeed be difficult. I have to take Montec Lc (for allergies which cause runny nose and an itchy throat) everyday
