What's for dinner? April 30

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
Tonight I am keeping it simple with pasta with thawed frozen marinara that I will turn into vodka sauce. I don't have fresh basil but will make do with the dried stuff that I keep on hand for emergencies. 
I am not hugely hungry so I probably won't make any kind of vegetable on the side. It is okay. I'm a grown up and eat them regularly so one night won't kill me.

@NJChicaa I only order groceries once a month so if vegetable they are canned or frozen and the same for any fruit, Just not possible any other way,

I just mixed together another one of those meal in a bag kits... turkey casserole but this time I made sure to reduce the seasoning in the StoveTop stuffing, plus I added some of my frozen green beans from last year.
