Mike Waltz is out as National Security Advisor

His deputy apparently has been fired too. Waltz pinged on people’s radar after it was revealed he was the person who added a journalist to the Signal chat about an imminent US attack in Yemen. Trump initially publicly supported him but his attitude has shifted as the scandal still has people’s attention. It was made clear to him that he was on his way out but he refused to resign. He attended yesterday’s butt-kissing session -I mean cabinet meeting. And today he got canned. Sure hope the 101 days were worth giving up that safe House seat in Florida.

Hey at least he lasted longer than Trump’s first national Security Advisor.
