What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having a pork chop rubbed with the Penzey's Pork Chop seasoning yet again. I've got lots of them in the freezer to use up. To go with I'm having brown rice and salt & vinegar roasted cabbage. The cabbage is a new recipe to try. I like salt & vinegar chips so I'm willing to give it a try. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I love cabbage as a side dish. Meals on Wheels actually makes a yummy cabbage and carrots side dish. The cabbage is sweet and delicious. I'm having my usual turkey/cheddar sandwich or maybe a PB&J sandwich tonight. I think I'm out of the turkey ones.

I had some leftover braised pork steak, so I just cut it up and added onions and orange bell pepper, and taco seasoning and we made burritos out of it with salsa and sour cream. Good eats!

There’s a Jersey Mike’s across the street from the hotel, so I walked over there for a turkey sub and some Baked Lay’s. Then I had a Fiber One brownie for dessert.
