In what way are they different?

These dogs belong to different neighbours They are friends and get together like this every day But we neighbours never do that. We hardly meet.
This reminds me of my brother and his friends how they used to meet at a particular place and have fun
Wonder what these dogs are talking about?

Dogs aren’t allowed to wander about like that here in the UK. They are pack animals, so hanging out together comes natural to them. They say that humans are gregarious too, but I don’t subscribe to that theory.

On the one hand you say dogs are 'pack' animals and in the UK they are deprived of this Sad state.
Social media is nothing but the opportunity to 'hang around' and myLot is one such Site too I like to 'hang around' with you

@allknowing I know. They are kept as pets, and by law they have to be kept under control in public spaces. Which usually means on a lead. Some people do have more than one dog, so they can live as “a pack” in the owners property.
Hey! That’s a nice thing to say. I like to ‘hang around’ with you too.

They are owned by different neighbours They get together there perhaps every evening socialising, just as how we human beings meet
