Continuing from : Well designed Trains can be almost as comfortable as the flights. Yet during the journey, the washrooms' hygiene was not up to the mark. We pointed this to the staff there. It is still better than years ago when nobody even used to listen. However, I think more equipment and techniques plus effort needs to be made for maintaining hygiene. After all, the kind of train compartment we were traveling charges good enough money. Although we had woken up very early, it was difficult to sleep on stretch. I for one, can just take rest by spreading my legs some what but cannot fully fall asleep. We saw countryside and some cities' buildings and just near to the destination, we saw a National park reserve area. Yet to our surprise, there were no animals or birds to be seen. By around 2 PM, we reached our destination station. Collage of a few pictures taken from train. To continue :

Maybe the animals were waiting to see if you stepped off the train before they rush up and take a nibble of you? If I'm tired, I can sleep anywhere just by closing my eyes. Pretty swears I can fall asleep if I get bored.

@DaddyEvil May be you are right. I forgot to add that it was quite hot - may be 35 C plus, so the animals could have been into deeper forest areas and near some water bodies.

@DaddyEvil It was a good one although we had some not so good experience(s) (not related to Train).

@DaddyEvil Well, not much serious. Yet we also learn a few lessons when on such trips!

Looks purdy. But gross bathrooms are a pain.

@TheHorse Yes, I can understand. What did you had for lunch? Are you getting to hear of the current confrontation between India and Pakistan? It is a serious situation here.

@TheHorse Ceasefire has been announced in a US brokered peace deal. I do not know the details but perhaps with ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and Israel-Hamas conflict, a dangerous conflict between two nuclear armed nations was giving headache to US. I had thought of writing in more detail here but some of my past Geo Political posts evoked very heated debates so I tend to avoid them.

It can be hard to sleep if you can't stretch out fully.

@JudyEv It can be a thing of habit as well. Some people fall asleep even with just a little stretching.

@grenery8 We saw a few on our return journey through the same route. Yet more of that some other time.
