Missing woman who vanished in 1962 is still alive

A Wiscosin woman named Audrey Backeberg who decided to get away from her relatives when she was 20 years of age, was located alive and well recently after the Sauk County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) asked one of their detectives Isaac Hanson to see if he could solve the case of Audrey's disappearance in March.
Detective Hanson managed to reinterview witnesses as well as evidence related to the case by finding out that Audrey.has an account with a site related to her family account.
When Detective Harmon found the address of Audrey, he contacted the local sheriff's office so he could interview her in a confidential setting.
Audrey did tell the detective that when was 20 years of age, she decided to leave her abusive husband even though it was one reason she decided not to inform her relatives for over 60 years.
Audrey is now living a happy life outside of the state of Wisconsin not regretting her decision to maintain a private life.

It's not very often that someone who vanished that length of time ago turns up alive and well 60 odd years later.

That must have been a good detective to trace the lady like that.
I wonder if much resources were spent in trying to find her when she first went missing, and if so, she might get charged now with wasting Police time, which might lead to some regret that she didn't do the right thing, and inform the Police that she was relocating, originally.
These missing person cases waste a lot of resources sometimes, especially in cases like this one was.
