Light's flashing last night from a storm that started. My 5 year old grandson was in the shower and he was scared.
I was running around quickly trying to find my lights and power bank to quickly charge up because who knows if the lights went out how long it will take for them to fix the power around here.
Last time it went out, it was out for 3 days during a blizzard!

I'm glad the lights didn't go out there! I keep my power bank charged. That was the first thing I did when power came back up the other day.
We have another week of storms starting this evening. You should be getting those in a few days.

Load shedding is common here but wehave our Home UPS that takes care of lighrts, fans, tv and computer.

@dfollin Sorry, That was a typo. It is load shedding and I have corrected it Home UPS is Uninterrupted power supply. We have installed this.
