Tightening the bowel for Piraeus.

Well I foretold a windy night last night after a big feed of cauliflower and my inward parts were certainly all arumble for a while. I even thought things might go up a gear and that diarrhoea might ensue but it didn’t, though I’m not sure which is worse, having diarrhoea or trying to spell it in a spelling competition. Anyway I decided to take one of my little pills this morning before getting on the plane to Athens just in case. Those are the pills that tighten up an errant bowel, and I would always take one right before a long flight. I wish others would too. But I was successfully catapulted to Greece. Dimitrios picked us up at the airport and whisked us down to Piraeus where we’re spending the night in an old fashioned hotel that has real keys to the bedrooms rather than those dreadful key cards that often don’t work. So good to stay in a quirky independent hotel from a bygone age rather than in a bland, characterless hotel that’s part of a slick, impersonal chain Would you take a little pill to tighten up your bowel before a long flight?
