I love to laugh, and make others laugh too. It feels good. In reading an article on how to age better it was one of the things listed along with wearing sunscreen, walking for 30 minutes each day, eating protein , and getting a good night's sleep. It speeds the heart rate 10% to 20%, helps you burn calories, and relieves stress and depression. I'm all for it.

It's proven that laughter is the best medicine which is why we have to laugh despite no reason to laugh .

I walk through my apartment when i don't go out, I sleep pretty good and if needed before bed I take some Valerian root drips.

Laughter really is the best medicine. I love to laugh but sometimes laughing gets me into trouble. Because I laugh at things maybe I shouldn't laugh at. I am aging well though, Laugh loads, eat loads of protein, sleep loads, and try and be stress free. Maybe I could do a post about laughing at things we maybe should not laugh at
