I Made My Own Foaming Hand Soap

I decided that I like foaming hand soap better than regular gel soap. My friend got me 5 or 6 of the nice pretty scented ones from Bath & Body Works for Christmas. I just used up one of the bottles (Pumpkin Spice) and the bottle was so pretty I wondered if I could find a recipe online to make my own foaming hand soap and refill the bottle. So I Googled it and watched two YouTube videos and it's as simple as can be. You just fill a bottle 1/3 full of regular hand soap or shower gel, then fill the rest of the bottle with hot water, then shake and you have foaming hand soap. Easy peasy.

That's very nice! There are times when I also got liquid soaps with lovely bottles and I tried to reuse empty bottles instead of throwing those away.

We're always refilling bottles and making more use of them. Plus, the refill bottles are cheaper.

I had read this before. It is amazing how much profit is made by companies when you can do it yourself at home.
