Woohoo the pool is opening!

We received the text message today that the pool is opening on Memorial Day. Hooray! The property manager told one of my pool buddies back in like February that it may not open due to maintenance issues. Our pool group was freaking out. Well today we received a text that the pool was opening and we needed to make appointments to get passes. I'm still annoyed that they are now making us pay $50 for a pass (it is included in the lease) but with the whole summer off I certainly will get my money's worth out of it. I called before to find out what outstanding $$ I owe. When my rent increased last month I forgot to increase the auto-deduct. I'm not sure what I owe now (including some kind of late/delinquent fee). I called the management office to find out what the amount is but she left at 4 instead of 5pm when the office closes. So I'll find out tomorrow I hope. Can't wait until Memorial Day!
