Packing for a Short Trip / myLot

I and my young friends at work planned for a short trip for 2 nights and 3 days at the beach. We will be leaving early in the morning tomorrow and be back by noon on Friday. It was a trip which was planned before the Holy Week but did not go as it was planned for some reasons at work. Now all of us are excited to get away from the hustle and bustle of work. After a tedious work yesterday handling the national and local elections, we believe we deserve this treat. Photo is mine

That sounds like such a fun and well-deserved break! I'm really happy for you and your young friends—nothing like a beach getaway to unwind, recharge, and enjoy each other’s company. After all the busyness at work, you absolutely deserve this time to relax and soak up some sun. As for me, I also have a short trip coming up—this time a bit farther, as I’ll be heading abroad in the coming days. I'm looking forward to the change of scenery too, even just for a while.
