Chicken salad wrap for lunch .....I'm just so healthy !

A couple of years i introduced my Mom to wraps. Mom was in her mid 80's and although she had heard of them she had never tried one. Oh, what did I do !!! Now she loves them. I have been staying with her few a few weeks and she said last night " do you know what we haven't had for ages " I asked what and she replied " a wrap !"
She always keeps some in the freezer and it only took a moment to get the pack out. They take no time at all to defrost.
So lunch today was chicken salad wrap....with mayo ....
what did you have for lunch

Wraps aren't my favorite but a chicken salad sandwich always goes down well. (My daughter loves wraps but won't eat chicken salad. 
)
It's still early for lunch at not even 10 am. (We usually eat "lunch" around 5 pm.

We have a time difference. We had lunch at about 1.30.....it is now 3.45

That's great that your mother likes them so much. And a great idea to have them in the freezer.
