I'm trying a new recipe tonight--Mushroom Cacciatore. It is from Julia Turshen's newest cookbook "What Goes With What". I love chicken cacciatore but hey plant-based is cheaper. 
So that is what is on the agenda along with soft polenta. I obviously don't need to add another side vegetable since this dish is loaded with veg.
That is what is going on here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I love mushrooms and polenta. What time is dinner? lol I had my usual sandwich.

I am not sure yet what we will have as son isn’t very well today. But oh, if I were closer I would be inviting myself over!! It sounds delicious!!
