I just pulled the ribs out of the oven—boneless, of course! I’m not really a fan of bone-in ribs; boneless ones are just so much easier to make and eat. So that’s what we stick with.
To go with them, I made roasted garlic pepper and olive oil potatoes, maple bacon baked beans, and cornbread rolls.
The ribs and potatoes were homemade, but I did take a little shortcut with the sides—used a can of Bush’s baked beans and a roll of Pillsbury cornbread dough. No shame in a little help!
I’m thinking of making brownies a bit later, before we head to the Dollar Store.
So that’s what’s for dinner at our place tonight! What’s going on the table at your house?
