Labour in India is very expensive

When we shsifted here way back in the year 1991 we used to pay Rs. 30 per day to a c asual labourer and Rs. 50 for a mason
Today the rate is Rs. 1000 per day for a casual labourer and I hav no idea what it will be for a mason
When one does not get any returns engaging a gardener to maintain a garden becomes extremely expensive
Our garden is labour intensive and keeping it in tip top conditions mean s spending loads of money
I do not know what steps to take. Any suggestions?

Wow! In the US, 1,000 Rs ($11.31) would be the price of a tip paid for a dinner at a medium-low priced restaurant.

It is relative in that in the US everything is beyond what we here pay for Your one dollar is Rs. 80 plus. That should help you calculate.

US has no solutions, we done kicked those people out who would do it for cheap under Trump anyway. I wish people would learn the true value of economics though, you can't wanna be rich and treat people bad at same time.
I am not saying you but its what rich people do to all of us. Its not good economics. No one wants to work and no one wants to pay but their motto is capitalism but they hate paying. Its your rule, why do you hate paying? Rich people being.

The rate of the wages are also different, based on types of work they do.
