Stick Food

We enjoy food on a stick or kabobs if you will.
I have some bamboo skewers soaking in water (so that they won't burn) currently and have alot of goodies that I plan on putting on the sticks.
I just took out some chicken breasts to thaw, and will marinate them. There are yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, tiny red potatoes and mushrooms to accompany the pieces of chicken.
It is a nice change of pace to have a stick food supper instead of that same food on the plate.
What kind of goodies do you like to stack on your stick food skewers?

As long as somebody else is doing the grilling, I like chunks of onions, chicken, bell pepper chunks, tomatoes and mushrooms on my skewer(s).

He just loves the cherry tomato on the end of the stick.
I buy those teenie tiny potatoes, today I picked up red potatoes, and will parboil them and add them to the sticks. That way we get our meat, vegetables as well as our potatoes all on the sticks. Maybe a nice garden salad on the plate will finish us off.

Stick foods are fun. I like shiskabob. I am going to grill on Sunday.I might consider adding a veggie kabob.
