Well there is joy in Mudville today I don't know about Casey, but I struck it lucky with both my debit cards and checks arriving yesterday so it was a happy day. So glad to have them. I thought I was going to have to rush off to the bank today, but that won't be necessary. Anything good in your world?

@snowy22315 My "to do" list only has one thing left to do, I have to change our Healthcare Insurance. I am checking what could be better for us.

Good morning.
It began as a nice morning here a few hours ago, but dark clouds have moved in and it looks like we may get a shower. But it is a long weekend, and rain is usually in the May 2-4 forecast.
We may go shopping later for some bedding plants for the raised planter. With Mother's Day behind us, I imagine that alot of the flower prices have come down, although this weekend is a popular weekend for buying and planting.

That sounds like a worthy errand. I am going to Walmart today, and think I will hit the garden center while I am there to look at the possibilities. There is a lovely garden center not far from here, but the prices tend to be quite high for most things.

@snowy22315 I managed to get a hanging basket of double begonias, beautiful red ones, the blooms look like velvet. There are 4 good sized, healthy plants in it that I will separate and plant in the raised planter. I also found a hanging basket of white petunias that I will separate and allow to cascade down the front of that planter with the nice red begonias behind it and behind that are the autumn sedum, which are just green foliage currently. I thought that the red and white would look quite striking and they are our colours of our flag. I think that alot of people are going with a red and white combination as they were low on those colours. I did well as each basket was only $19, and I thought that a good price given how many plants it contains and the size and health of the plants.

@snowy22315 The water is turning green, making the popping sound, and the pop rocks are going back white.

Sounds entertaining. Is it changing color too, or are the colors intact?

Glad the stuff you needed has arrived. I hate having to make trips if I shouldn't have to.
