What's for dinner? / myLot

I fixed cube steaks and gravy. Tom had to come in and help as I still can't open most of the cans even with my rubberband trick. And since he was already in the kitchen he finished up the gravy (he makes gravy better than I do). I set the table. Had the fried cube steaks with mashed taters and collard greens with Diced Jalapena Peppers. The cube steaks were really tender. Laundry tomorrow.

I would have to pass on jalapeño peppers in anything as I am allergic to them, but the rest of your dinner sounds delicious. Son asked for goulash, salad, and homemade corn bread. So I made that. It was good.

Sounds good! We had fish sticks and mac and cheese and I had half of a blooming onion left from our dinner out Thursday night. It worked. I love the quick and easy's!

We have a special jar opener for particularly tight lids. Normally I can get them well enough, but sometimes I still need to use the tool. As for cube steaks, haven't had them in ages, but they are good. For our dinner, I fired up the grill and made hamburgers.
