Will it harden or will it crystallize?

That no internet phase gave me enough time to prepare the mango ice cream that I have been taking about here. The gadgets did not let me down. I had to use the blender and also the cake mixer to mix the milk cream. It took a while to thicken the milk and sugar. Next time I will buy condensed milk to avoid this hassle. I have yet to see if the ice cream has hardened and there are no crystals formed. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I had one years ago. But I am happy with the way I make it now. Next time it will be condensed milk as thickening the milk and sugar on the gas was tiring and the maid is on sick leave.

I hope it turns out well when it does freeze. Did you taste it to make sure it's delicious? (I used to tell Pretty I had to taste stuff before it was ready to be eaten. )

I'm sure you will have a creamy ice cream. We use 2 parts all purpose cream for every 1 part condensed milk. Sometimes, I would reduce the amount of condensed milk.

Condensed milk is the best to use to avoid the boring process to mix the milk and sugar.

@allknowing heheMom makes mango lassi as we always have more curd in the house than we need and nobody likes having simple curd so mango lassi is a life-saver during the summers hehe.
