So I had mentioned previously that we are having a rainy, misty kind of day. I took myself out to lunch at our fun and exciting Mexican place. They make a mean Margarita, but on the way home I went past the public fishing area. I was sort of surprised to see several fisherman there both in and out of the water. They were probably thinking fishing was better in the rain.
I guess maybe for some it is, but you couldn't prove it by me. I remember one time when I was about 9 or 10, the whole family (expect possibly my mom) she doesn't really care for outdoor things .dressed up in our slickers and rain boots, and went fishing in the rain. We caught nothing. Oh well, it was novel.Ecer been fishing in the rain?

Well, I was young. I probably thought it was entertaining.The Mexican place is a good place, affordable with good food I wonder if some of the staff got deported though..most don't speak English very well. I think they are concentrating in big cities though

I like that place alot. It is really the only place within a few miles, that isn't over priced

I tried fishing once.
The thing had a hook on the end and I managed to land it on another guy fishing.
He wasn't happy.
Could have taken his eye out

I wasnt scared at all to be perfectly honest with you.
But I was scared that the hook might hurt one of the fishes in the river.

I haven't been fishing in the rain but I laugh sometimes when it starts raining and everyone starts running out of the sea.
