Tom went to the AmVets today. I was not in the mood and I needed to go to Walmart for Milk and Oatmeal. Anyway, one of the members smoked some Ribs and made what they call Pork Candy. He smoked the ribs and some pork belly, then took the Pork Belly cut it in cubes then wrapped it in foil then put brown sugar and honey on them, and put them back on the grill. Tom brought some Ribs and Pork Candy home with him for supper. OMG the Pork Candy was AWESOME, and the ribs were so tender they fell off the bones. Had enough left over for lunch tomorrow.
