United States

We have to share tables sometimes in the dining room and cafeteria and pubs when there’s a lot of people needing a seat So we strike up conversations with other couples and their from various places in Europe and we ask about their countries and they ask us about the United States It’s fun to engage with people from other cultures.

@looeyville Now we’re getting to the basic reason that the prospect of a cruise gets me all despondent - having to be sociable with all those people and smiling till my jaws hurt. Just set me in the corner with a good book (of my choosing) and a generous swig of whiskey and I’ll be fine. Happy that you’re enjoying it all though.

I would love to meet more people from Scotland. We met a couple when we were in New England. I could have listened to them talk all day.

Do like the helpful signs with how long it takes to walk. We have something similar, but not as detailed
