I may cycle again before work today.

I got a short cycle in yesterday, and chilled at the pool (I did not jump in) before I went to bed. Today is sunny but cool. I am not sure if it will break 70 F Here. I am trying to get more exercise, and have done a decent job of it over the past few days. If it were five degrees warmer here, I would take my book to the pool and then jump in (without the book). But I may wind up cycling again. What kinds of exercising do you do? Walking counts.

I walk in the house when I'm cooking, back and forth across the kitchen, outside to the end of our yard and back again and in stores when we go shopping. I've been lifting dumbbells in the living room when I'm not dizzy. We're only at 60F so far today. The forecast changed from this morning. It was saying we might reach 66F this afternoon but it's saying 62F is the high for today now.

We made it into the lower 70s. I jumped in the pool.

@TheHorse My phone shows it's 64F right now but I stepped out on the front porch and the thermometer there shows 60F... I believe the thermometer. I'm glad you got in a nice swim.

@DaddyEvil That sounds really pleasant. But definitely not swimming weather.

Mostly just walking but I've been done a bit of gardening while I've been here - mostly raking up leaves.

Does raking make you sore? I have to remember to stretch before and after I do repetitive stuff like that.

@TheHorse Not really. I just do small amounts at a time which helps I guess.

Good for you. Everyday if the weather is fine, I will ride a bike to the office and then home. It spends me about 15 minutes and it's a suitable exercise for me. After dinner, sometimes my husband and I will have a walk outside.

It's difficult for me; but I must walk to the bathroom and back and to the kitchen and back. That's all the exercise I get unfortunately.
