Today I'm feeling tired. Don't feel like doing anything.
I have shut the store and am trying to respond to as many discussions as possible.
But my mind is refusing to do anything including interacting here on mylot.
It is not very hot, but I think a cold bath would make me feel relaxed.
Well, let me go for a bath

Sometimes you just need to relax.

Thank you, my friend. I was physically and mentally fatigued last night. I had a bath, skipped dinner and fell into bed. Within seconds I was fast asleep.

I think it is normal to feel it sometimes. Maybe it is a signal that our body is under stress or it really need rest from physical activities.

You are right. I was completely exhausted. That night I was not in a condition to study or even interact on mylot. I even did not take my dinner, just fell on my bed and within seconds was fast asleep.

I think that having a bath is a good thing to do in this particular situation.
Maybe not too cold though.
I get days like this when I do not feel like doing anything so I do nothing except do stuff on my phone.
I can sit and post on Mylor and the time oasses quickly.

I take very cold bath every evening. Sometimes, if the temperature is very high, I bath thrice a day.
When I posted the discussion, the temperature here was as high as 48 C. In such high temperature I don't feel hungry, especially if I'm exhausted.

@Ineeddentures We have got used to high temperature.. The forecast was that the temperature may go as high as 55 C. I'm afraid it may happen by the end of June.

If I was exposed to 48C I think my skin would get sprinkled because I would stay in a bath all day.
I do not think that I would feel hungry either
