The left over of that event on 24/5 as usual was quite a bit This caterer always provides much more than what one can consume I asked the guests to help themselves but kept the kheer for myself. I have been having it for days now and that is how much it is The only thing about that kheer is that cloves have been put in there which is not normally done It is mostly cardamom powder that is added Cloves cannot be eaten. I mildly brought this to the notice of the caterer who came to collect his dues He said he will remember it the next time. Image credit:

I love kheer, but I do not add cloves and not even cardamom.

Those cloves were a nuisance We add caramom powder Try it once.

It is typically Indian If you visit an Indian home you will get to taste it
