I wanted to order whole wheat pita but the only option available was regular white wheat. Fine. Well for whatever reason the Instacart shopper refunded it so I didn't get it today. I want to try to make my own. I found a recipe on Smitten Kitchen to make it and I have all of the ingredients on hand so we shall see.

Good luck! I’m going to stop at the Walmart across the street from the restaurant and get some more frozen fruit to make fake sorbet with.

I love your independent way of having the pita bread one way or another. I am sure that yours will be no comparison to that which the stores sell.

It should be easy enough.. That's a fairly basic easy recipe to get right and to be honest I could t see any potential pitfalls. So if I could, you can,
