Egg omelette

I love eggs in any form - boiled, half boiled, fresh egg in milk with a touch of brandy, egg scramble, egg curry, eggs in cakes, eggs in souffles, eggs in puddings ------what else? I have not made egg omelette for quite some time and here I go That will be my lunch What is your faovurite egg dish? I take a boiled egg every evening as that helps me with my sleep Image credit:

I also love eggs in any form except sunny side up. I have one hard-boiled egg for breakfast in the morning.

@Beestring When we have lung confestion we beat a raw egg in hot milk with a touch brandy and drink it It helps a lot.

@allknowing I'm just concerned that if the egg is not well cooked, there is Salmonella bacteria.

I love omelettes and that is my favorite way to fix them. 2nd would be egg English muffin with cheese.
