Another lazy day.
I fixed Fried Rice with sausage slices. But this time I cooked the sausage in the oven. I think that is the best way to fix it..sausage got cooked really good..when I fry the sausage slices in the skillet, they don't get good and browned. Still good, but a lot better texture and taste cooking them in the oven. Added carrots and peas..have to say it was good.

Sounds good. I had an egg roll. I had purchased a lot of frozen egg rolls for my hubby since he likes them. He never got a chance to eat them, so I'll have to eat them up!!

@porwest I made some egg rolls once, but really had no recipe...and though they were edible...not really good and fell apart.

No did not put eggs in it. Actually DID think about that, but got side tracked deciding which way to cook the sausage.

@id_peace Baked it, but was trying to figure out whether to cut it in slices, or split the sausage links..cook them and THEN slice them.

We had Pizza and Crinkle Cut McCains Chips
Very good the Pizza was it was a Stuffed Crust Pizza with Pepperoni
