I had thought about making pizza and wings tonight, but she child said she didn't want any. Chris said it wasn't worth it if he was the only one who was going to eat it. I'm not that hungry. So it's leftovers night.
I haven't decided on what i will eat and when. Chris is eating leftover spaghetti that i made for the girls a couple nights ago.
I may throw some mini sausage biscuits in later, or I may just snack. We will see.
I did get two product review invites today. So that was fun! They should be here in the next week.
Anyhooo. What is everyone else having for dinner?

I browned some potatoes in the skillet then cooked a Boca burger.

We have plenty of leftovers too, but the chitlins don't always agree with leftovers.

We'll be having a simple dinner. It will be our last night here so I don't really want dozens of greasy pots to clean. That's a bit of an exaggeration by the way.

Leftovers night can be a win—less work, and you get to clear out the fridge! Spaghetti sounds like a cozy choice, and mini sausage biscuits are always a solid backup.
