I wrote about the dragon fruits that I got for my birthday. I did not like when I got to taste one I was wondering if there was anything I could do with them and on browsing I was happy to see so many recipes with the dragon fruit I particularly liked the ice cream recipe but was wondering why no sugar was added I am going to give it a try and will get back with the results. Here is the recipe if you want to try"

There’s no need to put sugar as condensed milk was added to this ice cream. Thank you for sharing the dragon fruit ice cream link. I would love to try it.

Thats amazing to know how many things dragon fruit can do to the human body. Unfortunately, it s not that common in my country.
