Tomorrow Claire will turn 1

My good friend's cat got knocked up last year and she kept telling me that she was going to give me a kitten. I kept telling her that I was good as I already had 2 cats. Last August she gave me one last chance and I must have lost my mind that day and agreed to take one. I had asked for the calico but she said she wanted me to have the other kitten instead. Fine. So I picked her up. She was 8 or 9 weeks at that point. She has always been medium-haired with a fluffy floofy tail and she sashays around wiggling her butt. She is a sweet and funny girl who has never had a fear of the other 2 cats or even the dog when he would stay here. She is getting chattier as she gets older. I named her Claire after one of the main characters in Outlander (my favorite book/TV series). Adso (another cat of mine) is named after Claire's cat in series. I joke and say that her full name is "Princess Claire Floofypants Wigglebutt". She does respond to "floofy" and "wiggle" sometimes. I just love that little girl and I'm so glad I agreed to take her. Even my mother who has disdain for my cats has admitted that she is beautiful and very sweet. Now I just have to get her spayed once work is done in a couple of weeks. She will NOT like that.
